Return of quality goods

1. www.yoler.shop The buyer ( individual) has the right to return the goods to the seller RB Premiere Capital Holding SIA, Dzirnieku iela 24, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia, within a period of fourteen (14) days, if the goods are in good condition, unchanged, not having been used, not having been damaged, and not having been altered in any way except for changes to the packaging that were necessary for the purpose of inspecting the product. The buyer is responsible for returning the goods in their original packaging and is thus obliged to pay the costs of returning them to the seller's warehouse at RB Premiere Capital Holding SIA, Dzirnieku iela 24, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
2.    The Buyer wishing to return the quality product must inform the Seller within 14 days in a free form, without giving any reason, by e-mail to info@premiere-capital.com or by phone + 371 64 415300.
3. www.yoler.shop buyer ( corporate entity), goods which are intended for commercial use are not subject to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Latvia and may be returned by the buyer (corporate entity) only in the event of a defect, in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Latvia. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without stating a reason shall not apply to legal persons (entrepreneurs)
4.    The Seller, upon receipt and evaluation of the returned goods, shall refund the money to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods.
